Refunds & Returns
We offer a 15-day return period, allowing you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with original packaging and tags intact, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns should be shipped to our facility at 5000 Fairlane Wood Dr. Dearborn,MI 48126 Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted. For any return questions, reach out to us at the same email.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns on sale items. Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal or higher value.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the fastest way to receive a replacement item is to make a new purchase for the desired item after your return has been approved.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
Additional Return Policies

Return Requests: Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery. A minimum 10% restocking fee applies to all handmade items to cover handling and administrative costs. Fees for expedited processing will not be refunded if the order met the scheduled times.

Shipping Refunds: If express shipping was requested but not delivered on time, we will refund the shipping cost after the courier confirms the delay.

Non-Delivery Due to Customer Error: If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect customer information and is returned, a minimum 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges for non-delivery will not be refunded. If you wish to reship, notify us within 15 business days and cover the new shipping costs.

Special Items: Returns are not accepted for discounted items, end-of-line, or discontinued products. Store credits, rebates, or additional coupons apply only to retail items outside sales or special promotions.

Color Matching: Colors on our website are for reference only. We cannot accept returns based on color discrepancies.

Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to apply a 5% cancellation fee on orders canceled after processing and ready for shipping. If your order is out of stock or we cannot fulfill it in a timely manner, we will issue a full refund, including shipping.
