Processing Time
All orders are custom-made to order, and will be processed within 1-3 months. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. We’ll notify you of any unexpected delays or changes in the production timeline.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size and weight of your order. Shipping begins after processing time, and the estimated delivery time is 2-3 weeks.
Please note that these are estimated times and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.
Delivery Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We also offer international shipping; please contact us for rates and delivery times to your location.
Signature Requirement
A signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your order reaches you securely.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your shipment is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please reach out to us, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. In the rare case of a lost shipment, we will replace the order or issue a refund.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to carrier regulations, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For international shipments, please contact us for any special requirements, as customs duties and import taxes may apply based on the destination country’s regulations.
